Paying bills for the first time?

Paying Bills?
SG Real Estate only accepts rent payments via the online portal, checks, or money orders.
SG Real Estate does not accept cash payments or payments over the phone.

To set up autopay:

• Log into your online portal
• Go to ‘Payments’ tab
• Select ‘set up autopay’ → select ‘method of payment’ → select ‘date of recurring payment’ → select option of ‘full balance’ or ‘fixed amount’

To make a one-time payment:

• Log into your online portal
• Go to Payments tab
• Pay now → Select method of payment → Select date and amount of payment
