Need to submit a maintenance request?

For non-life threatening emergencies, please contact our 24/7 maintenance call center at 510.704.1240 AND submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal, if possible.

To submit a maintenance request:

  • Log in to your online portal
  • Go to the ‘Maintenance’ tab
  • Select ‘Request Maintenance’
  • Provide the details of the request in the text box, then select ‘Next’
  • Complete the rest of the request questions, then select ‘Submit Request’

Note, these are the only ways to ensure your maintenance requests are promptly received.
